So I picked this thing up at the end of the season last year. It's a 91 I rebuilt the motor replaced every seal on it. Set the ring gap to spec. Cleaned the carb spotless. Put it back in the sled and it still won't fire. It's getting fuel the plug is wet. I actually pull the plug to verify it was sparking and when I pulled it over it caught the top of the cylinder around the plug on fire. Not like bad but for a second it burned. So I know I'm getting good fuel.
The spark looks awesome. I am thinking it's sparking either to early or to late. Can anyone tell me in detail how to set the timing and points. Any info would be appreciated.
