Kitty Cat Suzuki 60cc Engine Rebuild
My 15 year old rebuilt our kitty cat engine this summer.
Got the Winderosa gasket kit with a new Taiwanese piston / rings, new old stock crank bearing, and new gas tank kit from Olson Brothers.

Going to edit this down to as short as possible for a quick rebuild overview.
Runs great, now it just needs a new carb...

We adjusted the governor this fall and it solved our carburetor problem.
The butterfly plate & shaft had worn a "path" in the top of the carb body so it is loose on the shaft. Plus the top plate is not tight on the shaft.
I adjusted the governor so that it would pull the butterfly back fully to rest at idle and then advanced the idle screw so that it would idle. Works great now...
Better than buying a new carb...those puppies are expensive!
I've heard you can run a Tecumseh carb on these...not sure if it's true.
