Float adjustment?

Anyone know what it should be? Looks like the floats are level with bowl upside down.

With the carb up-side-down, the float should measure .68 inches (+/- .02") from the bowl surface to the highest edge of the float.

Can you post a picture of how you are measuring this John? Not sure what you mean by the bowl surface.
