No top end - lack power
I have it up and running smooth. Even though I had no responses or help other than john I do thank those who did respond.

Crank seals?
To check the seals is easy. With the engine running at a constant RPM, mist some carb cleaner around the crank seals. If the engine RPM increases, you need new seals. Don't spray where there's spark!
