Kitty Cat Snowmobiles

I am getting a KC ready for my daughter to race and have the engine out. This yellow wire was not attached to anything and I am wondering what it is for. Any help here would be great!!

Yellow wire is for the lights, when you add a headlight kit thats the power for it.
