What is the Value of a Yellow Kitty Cat?
I was contacted by a gentleman with an un-restored yellow Kitty Cat snowmobile. He is inquiring about the value, but also just to get some details on yellow Kitty Cats.
As for history and details, I realized I didn't have much to offer. I know the yellow and red Kitty cats were special editions but beyond that I don't have much in terms of value.
Here are some of the pictures he supplied:
Does anyone know if these were manufactured in 1972 or 1973 or both?
Are there any differences in the sleds beside hood color?
How many of these special edition sleds were produced?
Any other details would be great...
Thank you!

Yellow Kitty Cats
Wow, that's pretty cool. There is another thread here where a member posted that there were only 50 yellow and 50 red hoods produced as a special edition in 1972. Not sure if this is accurate, but if it is, that would make it pretty rare.

The number on the motor seems to indicate a 1973 so maybe they were made late in the 1972 production year?
