Spark plug wire on '72

Does anyone know if the just the spark plug wire can be replaced on a '72 with a Kawasaki engine or is it one piece with the coil? I believe I have a bad plug wire and would like to replace it. Thanks!

I had to cut off about an inch off of the plug wire on both of my 72's and installed new NGK plug caps that screw into the wire.
