HELP -Kitty Cat governer functioning properly???

Can someone possibly send me a small video clip of a properly functioning carb linkage/governer on a Kitty Cat? I have a 1979 Kitty Cat that I am not so sure the governor is operating correctly. If this is possible or someone thinks they might be able to explain with a picture that would work also.
