72 Kitty Cat T5A piston rings wanted!

I have a mint 72 kitty cat with new carb and lift kit, however lost compression and found i have a cracked piston ring! What can i do. someone please help me as my 2 boys are devestated about this. Anyone have a set laying around or motor i can buy. I am located in Barrie,Ontario,Canada. Any help, input or advice would be greatly appreciated.
