Looking for foam for seat for kitty cat

Hi can anyone tell me where to find the foam for the seat for the kitty cat. Does it come already that size or do I have to cut it accordingly to the old one. I am in Ontario and I kind of need this information quickly as my son bought this for his son but the seat needs to be recovered so i am trying to get this done before xmas as he wants to give it to him for xmas.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
