Is this sticker on all kitty cats because they are small and meant to be used as toys and not on trails, or is it some kind of factory race prepped sled. I doubt the latter, but I thought I'd ask.

Competition Kitty Cat?
I've been going through the '77 kitty we got for my son this year getting it ready for the snow. I noticed it has two stickers on the side of the tunnel that state that it meets all applicable safety codes yadda yadda... I could not figure out why there were two, untill I noticed that one has some extra information.
Is this sticker on all kitty cats because they are small and meant to be used as toys and not on trails, or is it some kind of factory race prepped sled. I doubt the latter, but I thought I'd ask.
