2000 kittycat bogging out

I have a 2000 kitty cat that bogs out at acceleration and wont move unless pushed. Does any one know if there is a simple fix to this?
Whenever I have issues like that the first thing I do is pull the carb. Remove all jets and spray with carb cleaner then compressed air. The same with all carb passages. Reinstall and see if it helps.
