Kitty Cat Snowmobiles

My 1994 & 1997 KK's both seem to "bog down" at initial throttle. My 1994 ran perfect until today....I installed a deep snow kit last night, could this have anything to do with it? Is the track too tight? I think I have it as loose as it can go...yet it seems to be tight. Once the sled starts to move, it rev's right up to proper RPM. I have 1 of them ziptied and the other not. Any advice would be appreciated.

Where did you get the deep snow kit you installed. I am looking to get one for my daughters 97 but can't find one anywhere. Thanks
