Pulled the old 1972 KC out of the barn, cleaned the carb, and she fired right up. Problem: Dummy me didn't check the gear oil in the gear box and they don't run too good without oil!!! Killed both roller bearings on the output shaft, as well as somewhat boogered up the gears and governor assembly.
So now I am looking for:
- Pinion gear (goes on the end of the crank.....it's a T5B if that helps)
- Output shaft assembly
- Governor assembly
Also if anyone can tell me the bearing and seal part numbers I would appreciate it. I'd buy 'em if you had new ones and save me the hassle of tracking them down.
