97 kitty cat running problem

97 kitty cat Will only run on choke. I have soaked carb for 24 hours cleaned out everything blowen threw everything and it still will only run on choke. Good compression 128 pounds. I am not sure what the set screw on carb should be set at if any one know that would be great i have tried every possible position but it dies as soon as the choke goes off if anyone can help that would be great
