1972 kitty not running

my sons sled ran last winter just fine. we bought the wheels for it so he could ride a little in summer. one day this summer it stalled or over heated and i got it started once more to get to garage and it stalled out again and hasn't started since. i have tried everything i know how to do so i could use some help. thanks fishdogg

the engine is getting gas and i changed spark plug when i pull cord lights come on. seems its not sparking? i am not a mechanic but can follow directions.

to check for spark, remove the plug and pull the sled over with the plug wire attached to the plug and look for the spark. report back.

hey thanks for your help i played with the plug wire and it took off i let it run 15 minutes and appears to be all set thanks again
