"Ignition" switch keys

Does anyone know if the "ignition" switch keys for the 1972 Kitty Cats are identical from one sled to another? Or is each switch unique (unlikely), or maybe there are 5 or 6 different key cuts that were used randomly for all these sleds that were manufactured? I want to buy a spare key, and am not sure whether it will fit my existing switch.

I have a 78 ignition and my lawn tractor key fits it. Hopefully that helps.
