i need brake parts 1997 kit cat

I have a 1997 Kitty-cat - I do not know a ton about this sled but I am trying to get it running for christmas. I have a brake cable that is just hanging there--It is not attached to anything. I am wondering or actually hoping someone knows what parts I need and could sell them to me. I also need to know wfat ratio to mix the fuel. thank you -- Headcat

In regards to the oil, you're best to mix 40:1. Even though Arctic Cat never really changed the engine over the years, they've listed the recommended mixture at 23:1, 32:1, 40:1 and 50:1. I never could figure out what they were thinking, but I've mixed all my Kitty Cats 40:1.
