I have the exact same problem. I bought this Kitty Cat from a guy, and when I opened the carb the needle was completely gone. Sounds like someone is running around stealing needles from Kitty Cats. I am in contact with NRP Carbs in England to see if he can get the needle. He specializes in KIKAKI carbs. Seeing that this is a Kitty Cat forum I'm surprised no one here has any info. Kinda disappointing.
