New 1973 Ignition coil available

Hello, I have a new, in bag ignition coil for a 1973 kitty cat. This coil mounts under the flywheel. If anyone has the factory specs to this coil I would like to confirm that this coil has all the correct specs.

Do you know if a 1973 coil can be put on a 1972 model? If yes, how much are you asking for it? Also, I need a condenser (in case you have one).

Lise, i think the 72 and 73 coils mount differently under the flywheel, if you look at parts schematics online you can tell they're different. Do you happen to know the coil specs for a 1973? Jon

Hi Ernie,

No, I am clueless of the coil specs for a 73. My dad brought me the old parts for the 1972 so I'd know what they look like. I'll take your word for it that they are different. That's too bad because they are pretty hard to find now... Thanks for your reply I'll keep looking
