Dan, the thickness call out for the plates is not correct on the autocad drawing. Can you please tell me the correct thickness so I do not make them undersized?

Thanks!

the plates should be .08 to 1/8 " thick you dont want to go anywhere thicker than that. you dont need to the entire mahine is made out of tin foil and you will never bend one of those plates...

Thanks Dan!

I still have the set of drawings you sent me but never did finish making the kit for my '75

I have a buddy that has 2 that he needs the deep snow kit on and we might put our machines to work and start making a few sets if that's ok.

I assume it is since you put these out there....

I like the note in the title block...nice touch!

Is there any chance someone can put them in another format? I don't have windows picture and fax viewer on my computer. Just a gif would be great. Thank you.

Thank you Dan, Chris

The email address is no longer valid. How do I get copies of the files to make a lift kit?

Does anyone have pictures or drawing of how the front lift is to be assembled and welded?

This is one upgrade every Kitty should have, you get the biggest bang for your buck and makes the sled much more usable. And there's quite a few other threads here on these kits also, so it's usually a hot topic: viewtopic.php?t=10855, viewtopic.php?t=4778, viewtopic.php?t=1902, etc

For DIY Lift Kits

For those that have the proper machinery you can still download the drawings here and make your own, this is an easy task for some, not so easy for others.

Download Drawings, and Make Your Own Here

For those who aren't capable of manufacturing your own, you can usually find them up for sale on eBay from at least one seller.

Buy a Suspension Lift Kit and Bolt It On
