Hello everyone,
We have a 1995 Kitty Cat that runs great and was great this season until today.
The chain came off. I put it back on. Kids ran it for about 10 minutes and it came off again.
What would cause a chain to come off? I'm thinking something is bent or worn, just not sure where to start troubleshooting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve

Few things to check.
The chain tension puck. Is it doing its job and rolling into the chain to increase the chain wrap around the sprocket?
Is the spring pushing the tension puck against the sprocket?
How is the sprocket itself? Are the teeth worn thin and starting to curl? If the sprocket teeth are worn and cupped, it may be time to put on a new sprocket and chain.
