|
| I just rebuilt this T5A engine with parts from two other engines and need to setup/adjust everything for the governor. Does anyone have instructions on how to do this? My e-mail address is quacken@warwick.net. Thanks |

Another question along these same lines:
On the T5A engine, the governor spring goes between the governor arm and the lever assembly. The lever has 3 holes (top, middle, and bottom) where the governor spring can be attached. Anybody know which hole gives the fastest sled speed? |

| Top hole will give you the most rpm. (the most pull on the spring attached to the gov. lever) To properly set up the gov. requires a tach., you simply adjust the position of the arm on the gov. shaft untill the desired peak rpm is acheived. |
