Engine goes to full throttle after starting
I’ve got a’92 Kitty Cat that was running fine when I put it away last spring. Started it up yesterday for the first time this winter and the engine instantly went to almost full throttle. I checked the throttle and governor linkage and everything seams to be fine. Even with the butterfly in the idle position the engine runs almost full throttle. I’m thinking I need to pull the carb and check the jets. Anyone else every experience this?
