No spark :(

Hi all ! im new to this board.
I bought a used 82 kitty cat for my sun this x-mas and it was running great but last week it stoped by itself and now i have no more spark ? i tried a few diffrent sprark plugs,, checked the wire....... anyone run into this before ? thanks
