I just bought a 1995 Kitty Cat, so I was told. I can not find a name plate on the unit to confirm this. Could anyone help me locate a serial number or year of manufacture? Also I need a light kit, where can I purchase one?

The serial number should be stamped into the side of the tunnel in the middle on the throttle side. Beside that there should have been a sticker that sais it meetss all safety codes blah blah blah and would have the date of manufacture stamped on that. It it was rebuilt or painted these may have been removed. Anything newer than '85 should have come with a light, unless it was removed after for some reason.
