Kitty Cat Snowmobiles

Has anyone ever thought of taking a dantheman lift kit and extending it maybe with another set of idlers in there and using a z120 track to long track a kitty kat? I was wanting to do this but would like to know if you guys think it would work. a z120 track is 68" long x 10 wide, and a stock kitty kat is 54 wide x 10 wide.
