I have been told to advance the timing for racing a stock kitty from someone who used to race but after reading some other sites they say to retard the timing for top end performance. Can someone tell me where it should be for a stock kawasaki racer? I am trying to speed this thing up a little and I have been through the drive train and it rolls really easy but it can't keep up with some others so I am still looking for ideas.

full advance....fuel quality is a big issue.....jetting on the old kaws are tricky......as old as the engine is the bore may be out of round
