I just put on a new track and I need to know what the correct settings are.

I realize this post is a bit dated.
The kitty cat tracks can run very loose without issues.
Run it as loose as you can to prevent drive sprocket slippage on the drive axle and rear axle idler sprocket slippage. Too tight will cause binding in the driveline and slow the sled down and create excess wear on the driveline.
