Summer air filter element (p/n 3000-712)

Just installed a NOS wheel kit on my '72 Kitty. The air filter element (p/n 3000-712) has turned to dust. Anyone know where to find a replacement of approximately the same size? I measured the element at about 1-1/4" tall, 2" inside diameter, and 1/2" thick (so 3" outside diameter).

I suspect this larger air cleaner isn't really needed unless you're riding in dusty conditions ... my kids will be riding on a lawn ... but I'd still like to see if I can find a new foam element for it. Thanks.
